The meeting provided an important opportunity to reflect on our progress so far, discuss key achievements across all Work Packages and identify challenges, lessons learned and areas requiring further attention as we prepare the project’s Midterm Report.

Through presentations, interactive group discussions and joint reflection, we explored how our activities contribute to the Alliance’s strategic objectives and long-term impact. We also exchanged ideas on strengthening cooperation across Work Packages, improving reporting processes and advancing shared initiatives such as the ChallengeEU Course Catalogue and Impact Lab.

Beyond the formal agenda, the meeting was also about people: listening to different perspectives, sharing experiences, learning from one another and building stronger connections across our European partnership.

A sincere thank you to everyone for your openness, commitment and constructive contributions. Every achievement is the result of collective effort, and every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow together.
