Kick-off Meeting of the ChallengeEU International Mentoring Programme marks the official start of the programme and provides a shared framework for all participants.

Purpose of the kick-off meeting:

• introduction to the ChallengeEU Mentoring Programme and its objectives,
• overview of the programme structure and timeline,
• clarification of roles and mutual expectations,
• practical information on how mentoring cooperation is organised,
• Q&A session.

Training focus:

• the role and responsibilities of a mentor in the ChallengeEU programme,
• mentoring boundaries, ethics, and confidentiality,
• working with diverse mentee profiles and expectations,
• effective mentoring practices and communication,
• common challenges and good practices from different mentoring contexts.
