Kick-off Meeting of the ChallengeEU International Mentoring Programme marks the official start of the programme and provides a shared framework for all participants. Purpose of the kick-off meeting: introduction to the ChallengeEU Mentoring Programme and its objectives, overview of the programme structure and timeline, clarification of roles and mutual expectations, practical information on how mentoring cooperation is organised, Q&A session. Training focus: the role and responsibilities of a mentor in the ChallengeEU programme, mentoring boundaries, ethics, and confidentiality, working with diverse mentee profiles and expectations, effective mentoring practices and communication, common challenges and good practices from different mentoring contexts.
