    The Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme The Green Shift: Empowering Community and Nature-Based Potential is an international learning programme designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to build sustainable, resilient, and inclusive communities. The programme explores how community participation, the social economy, and nature-based solutions can address environmental and social challenges while creating long-term development potential. The programme combines theory, interdisciplinary learning, and hands-on collaboration between students from different countries, academic disciplines, and stakeholder organisations. Participants will work in international teams to analyse real-life community challenges and develop innovative, economically viable solutions with measurable social and environmental impact. Through a blended learning format, students will gain insight into urban agriculture, social entrepreneurship, impact measurement, sustainable financing models, and design thinking, while developing strong problem-solving and creative thinking competences.     The debate “Humanists in the Digital Market” is part of the “Human in Digital” series, organized by the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. It combines a humanistic perspective with the rapidly evolving world of technology, artificial intelligence, and the digital marketplace. The event is primarily aimed at students and young people interested in developing future-oriented skills, as well as anyone seeking to better understand the relationships between humans, media, and algorithms. As part of the event, experts in marketing, e-commerce, and digital communication engage in a discussion on the role of humanists in a world increasingly shaped by data and technology. The conversation focuses, among other things, on the impact of AI on the labor market, the importance of humanistic competencies in digital environments, and the responsibility of creators and companies in shaping communication and influencing audience decisions. The event has an educational and inspirational character—its goal is to demonstrate that humanistic competencies play a crucial role in designing, interpreting, and critically analyzing contemporary technologies, and that dialogue between academia and business is essential for shaping the future of the labor market. The debate also reflects the mission of the ChallengeEU Alliance, which supports cooperation between universities, students, regional stakeholders and the world of work in response to contemporary social, digital and economic challenges. By creating space for dialogue between academia and business, the event contributes to ChallengeEU’s focus on smart digitalisation, future skills and meaningful engagement with regional innovation ecosystems.     Call for Papers Symposium: Sustainable Futures in Higher Education In a world facing complex social, environmental and ethical challenges, higher education institutions play a fundamental role in shaping responsible professionals and engaged global citizens. Universities are not only spaces for knowledge production, but also laboratories for new forms of learning, collaboration and societal transformation. Within the framework of the One World Academy Week, the Symposium: Sustainable Futures in Higher Education – Ethics, Responsibility and Global Education invites academics, researchers, and higher education practitioners to share research and pedagogical practices that contribute to advancing sustainability, ethics and global responsibility in higher education. Aligned with the One World pillar of the Universidade Europeia’s Academic Model, this symposium aims to foster dialogue around innovative teaching approaches, impactful research and institutional practices that promote a more inclusive, ethical and sustainable academic ecosystem.     9th International Scientific Conference on Business and Economics (ISCBE 2026), organized by the Faculty of Business and Economics, South East European University, and held as a hybrid event on 11–12 June 2026 at the European University of Valencia, Spain. This conference provides a forward-looking and interdisciplinary platform for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to explore how economies can become resilient, competitive, and future-ready in an era of rapid technological change and global uncertainty. The central theme focuses on the critical role of innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation in shaping sustainable and competitive economic systems. Key discussions will address topics such as digital competitiveness and economic growth, innovation driven entrepreneurship, the role of artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making, startup and ecosystem development, digital skills and human capital, and policy frameworks supporting future oriented economies.     The Upper Rhine Artificial Intelligence Symposium (URAI) is a recurring international conference focusing on applied, human‑centred, and responsible AI. It brings together researchers from computer science, engineering, and application domains to exchange results and experiences at the intersection of AI technology and human decision‑making. URAI 2026. AI and the Human in the Loop: Creation, Application, and Co-Evolution will take place on 4 November 2026 at the FHNW Campus Brugg‑Windisch (Switzerland) and is hosted by the FHNW School of Computer Science. The symposium is co‑organized with ChallengeEU’s Associate Partner TriRhenaTech.
